Monthly Contest Rules

Two Winners Each Month Receive a $50 Gift Card to Bead Box Bargains!

To enter our Design Gallery contests, just send us a photo of your own original design using materials from your Bargain Bead Box. (You can add items from your own stash too, but we ask that your design please feature items from your box). 


There are two ways to enter:

1) Send your photo to us via email to support@bargainbeadbox.com

OR

2) Post your photo in our Facebook Group, the Bargain Bead Box Creative Corner


Please MAKE SURE TO MARK YOUR PHOTO AS A CONTEST ENTRY in either your email subject or Facebook post so we know we have your permission to add your photo to the Design Gallery and enter you into the contests!


Contests remain open two months after our shipping date. So January's contest would close on March 10th, for example.

We will give out two prizes:

1) The Design Gallery drawing is a random drawing held when the Design Gallery album is published.

2) The Crowd Favorite prize is then awarded to the entrant whose photo has the most comments on the final Friday of the month.

DESIGN GALLERY DRAWING OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Terms and Conditions for Bargain Bead Box Design Gallery Drawing

1. Eligibility

• Participation is open to entrants who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Bargain Bead Box, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.   


2. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must submit a photo of their original design using Bargain Bead Box materials to support@bargainbeadbox.com, or post a photo clearly marked as a contest entry in our Facebook group, Bargain Bead Box Creative corner. 

• Users may submit as many photos as they like, but only one drawing entry per person is allowed. 

• The monthly contest will remain open until the 10th of the month, two months after the subscription box shipped. For example, January’s Design Gallery drawing will close on March 10th.

3. Drawing

• A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the 15th of the month, two months after the given subscription box was shipped. (For example, January’s Design Gallery winner will be chosen March 15th).

• The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the drawing.

4. Prize

• The prize is a $50 Gift Card to Bargain Bead Box.

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered.

• Bargain Bead Box reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Photo Submission and Usage

• By submitting a photo, participants grant Bargain Bead Box a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the photo for promotional purposes.

• Participants represent and warrant that they own all rights to the submitted photo and that the photo does not infringe on the rights of any third party.


6. Release of Liability

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bargain Bead Box, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this drawing or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.   


7. Publicity

• Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Bargain Bead Box to use the winner's name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Governing Law

• These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.

8. Odds

• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.




BARGAIN BEAD BOX CROWD FAVORITE CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES


1. Eligibility

• The photo with the most comments in the Google Photos album by the end of the month the photos were published in will be declared the winner.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be determined by the number of comments on their photo in the Google Photos album at 8am Central Time on the final Friday of the month.

• The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the contest end date.

• If a tie occurs, a random drawing will be held to determine the winner.
