If you joined us before May 1st, 2025 and this is your first time logging in since the system update, you'll be asked to update your payment details after login. This is because we store your payment details securely in the payment processor's vault, not on our website-- we can't see or move them to the new system for you. Please re-enter your payment method if you are prompted to do so upon login.
You may also need to reset your password the first time you log in to the new system.
If you've already completed the payment method update (or if you joined us after May 1st, 2025), the prompt will not appear in your account.
